Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer the following shipping options:

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
• International shipping times vary but are typically from 7-10 business days (we do not have any guarantee over customs processing times)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of the items.

We currently ship within the United States only. For bulk or institutional orders outside of the U.S., please contact us at intake@atlantismedicalsupply.com.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment status.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
